I work with people experiencing a wide range of challenges, including:
emotional struggles such as anxiety, low mood, anger and shame
persistent and intrusive thoughts
relationship, cultural or family tensions
the weight of stress and responsibility
times of loss or big life changes
the lasting impact of difficult past experiences
I also have particular experience with men’s mental health, as well as working affirmatively with gender, sex and relationship diversity. Whatever you bring, we’ll go at your pace.
